Common use of Excessive Floor Load Clause in Contracts

Excessive Floor Load. The current base Building conditions are attached to and made a part of this Lease as Exhibit D. Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight and method of installation and position of safes or other heavy fixtures or equipment. Tenant will not, without ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s prior written approval, install in the Demised Premises any fixtures, equipment or machinery that will place a load upon the floor exceeding the designed floor load capacity. Tenant shall be liable for all damage done to the Building by installing or removing a safe or any other article of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s office equipment, or machinery or fixtures or other personal property or due to its being in the Demised Premises. Landlord shall repair any such damage at Tenant’s expense, and Tenant shall pay the reasonable cost therefor to Landlord upon demand, as Additional Rent.
