Common use of Excessive Acquisition Fund Clause in Contracts

Excessive Acquisition Fund. Any funds remaining in the Acquisition Fund on or after the earliest of (a) the expiration of the Acquisition Period, (b) the date on which Lessee executes an Acceptance Certificate, or (c) a termination of the Acquisition Fund as otherwise provided herein, shall be applied by the Acquisition Fund Custodian to amounts owed under the Lease in accordance with Section 4.07 of the Lease.
