EXCESS PERFORMANCES. For any performance in excess of five (5) in any three (3) consecutive day period the musician shall be paid an additional one-eighth (1/8) of the weekly performance fee. For any performance in excess of two (2) in one day the musician shall be paid an additional one-eighth (1/8th) of the weekly performance fee. The premium payment for any performance in excess of five (5) performances in any three (3) consecutive day period shall only be required for a musician who performs more than five (5) performances in the three (3) consecutive day period.
