Exceptions to Covenants; Conflict with Agreement. The Companies may not take or fail to take any action that is permitted as an exception to any of the covenants contained in any Loan Paper if that action or omission would result in the breach of any other covenant contained in any Loan Paper. Any conflict or ambiguity between the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the terms and provisions in any other Loan Paper is controlled by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
