Exception to General Rule. Compensable Delay. The extension of the Contract Time and the adjustment to the Contract Sum specifically provided for in this Article shall be Contractor’s sole and exclusive remedy for delays, hindrances, interferences or resulting inefficiencies and re-sequencing.
