Exception Requests. The exception request process is used by End-Users to fulfill requests for products or services that are outside of standard Symetra policies, such as more memory for their PC or international calling access on their phone line. ACS will develop, implement, and maintain an exception process and perform the activities required to collect the request, analyze, recommend, and process the request to fulfillment or denial and advise the originator of the status. Upon approval, ACS will take the necessary action to implement the request. The following table identifies the exception requests roles and responsibilities.
