Exception Demand Negotiation Process. If demand for a Product Family exceeds the Market Forecast plus the flexibility requirements set forth in the relevant Virtual Systems House Agreement, measured at the aggregate of the cost of sales of such Product Family purchased pursuant to that VSHA, then the Parties shall employ the Exception Demand Negotiation Process specified in Exhibit 7 to address the responsiveness to Customer issues.
