Performance Report Cards. Flextronics shall collect and evaluate and complete performance report cards, based on quantifiable objective measurements, as designed by Flextronics, for each Tier 2 Supplier that falls into the category of top 80% of Flextronics’s annual spend with respect to Nortel Networks related Material, to measure against their goals of quality, service and cost, and make available to Nortel Networks such data on a timely basis and as required by Nortel Networks.
