Common use of Excavations Clause in Contracts

Excavations. In the event that there be an authorized excavation conducted upon lands adjacent to the Premises, Tenant shall allow the parties conducting same entry into the Office for the purpose of performing necessary work as such party deems necessary to shore up and/or preserve the wall of the Premises from damage including but not limited to supporting the existing exterior walls and foundations. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agrees to waive any right Tenant may have to make a claim for damages caused thereby or indemnity therefore from that party or Landlord or for an abatement of Rent and/or Additional Rent.
