Common use of Excavation Safety Clause in Contracts

Excavation Safety. If such plan varies from the Shoring System Standards established by the Safety Orders, the plan shall be prepared by a registered civil or structural engineer, but in no case shall such plan be less effective than that required by the Safety Orders.
