Common use of Example No Clause in Contracts

Example No. 1: If an employee, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, three weeks of vacation and twelve days of sick leave each year, then that is the maximum amount that may be claimed during a one year agreement. If ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ has five weeks of vacation and eighteen days of sick leave at the beginning of an agreement, the Contractor during a one-year budget period may only claim up to three weeks of vacation and twelve days of sick leave as actually used by the employee. Amounts in periods prior to the beginning of the Agreement are not an allowable cost.
