Common use of Evidence of Insurance Cover Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire Operator shall furnish to the Authority, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire Operator to the Authority.

Within 15 10 (fifteenten) days of obtaining any insurance coverfrom the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire Contractor shall furnish to the Authority, Authority notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty forty-five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-non- renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire Contractor to the Authority.

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the AuthorityLead ULB, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the AuthorityLead ULB. The Concessionaire shall maintain a register of entry in order of premiums paid towards Insurance of the Project Facilities.

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal nonrenewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 30 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty forty-five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.

All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire Supplier in accordance with this Article 32 15 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire Supplier shall furnish to the AuthorityUtility, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-non- renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire Supplier to the AuthorityUtility.

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire Operator shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire Operator to the Authority.

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 22 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.

All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 Clause 24 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority. The Concessionaire shall maintain a register of entry in order of premiums paid towards Insurance of the Project Facilities.

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire Contractor in accordance with this Article 32 25 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire Contractor shall furnish to the Authority, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal nonrenewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire Contractor to the Authority.

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 23 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 15 (forty fivefifteen) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance coverInsurance Cover, the Concessionaire Service Provider shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire Service Provider to the Authority.

All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 shall 26shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire DEVELOPER shall furnish to the AuthoritySH&DB, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire DEVELOPER to the AuthoritySH&DB.

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire Lessee in accordance with this Article 32 17 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 10 (fifteenten) days of obtaining any insurance coverInsurance Cover, the Concessionaire Lessee shall furnish to the Authority, notarised notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-non- renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire Lessee to the Authority.
