Common use of EVIDENCE OF FULFILLED REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

EVIDENCE OF FULFILLED REQUIREMENTS.  a copy of the balance agreement (in English or Croatian language), provided the System Operator is not a co-signatory of such agreement;  an extract from the court register of companies (in English or Croatian language), issued in the past sixty (60) days. If such certificates are not issued by the judicial authorities in the auction applicant's country of domicile, the applicant shall replace such certificate with the certificate of another competent authority;  a document proving that the signatory of the application has been authorized by a lawful representative (in cases when the application is not signed by the lawful representative specified in the evidence from the previous item; in English or Croatian language);  Bank Guarantee or Deposit in amount of 350.000,00 HRK.
