Common use of Evidence of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Compliance. Each Loan Party will furnish to each Lender at such Loan Party’s or the Borrower’s expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Loan Party in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Evidence of Compliance. Each Loan Party Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries will furnish to each Lender Bank Party at such Loan Party’s Borrower's or the Borrower’s such Subsidiary's expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Loan Party Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Evidence of Compliance. Each Loan Party and its respective Subsidiaries will furnish to each Lender at such Loan Party’s or the Borrower’s Borrowers’ expense all evidence which that Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Loan Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Each Subject to the last sentence of Section 6.03, each Loan Party will furnish to each Lender at such Loan Party’s or the Borrower’s 's expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Loan Party in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Each Loan Credit Party will furnish to each Lender the Administrative Agent at such Loan Credit Party’s or the Borrower’s expense all evidence which that the Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties warranties, and covenants made by any Loan Credit Party in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.
