Evidence of Action by the Authority. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Resolution, any request, direction, command, order, notice, certificate or other instrument of, by or from the City or the Authority shall be effective and binding upon the Authority, respectively, for the purposes of this Resolution if signed by the Chairman, the Vice Chairman, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Finance Director, the Planning Director or by any other person or persons authorized to execute the same by statute, or by a resolution of the City or the Authority, respectively.
