Common use of Evidence and Incorporation of Security Clause in Contracts

Evidence and Incorporation of Security. Evidence of the Security shall be provided on the forms set forth in Exhibit “C,” unless other forms are deemed acceptable by the City Engineer and the City Attorney, and when such forms are completed to the satisfaction of City, the forms and evidence of the Security shall be attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and incorporated herein by this reference.
