Every employee who intends to take or is on child care leave shall give at least four (4) weeks notice in writing of any change in the length of leave intended to be taken.
Every. Programmable Load Control Thermostat shall respond to the radio messages transmitted from Austin Energy’s transmitter(s) and Portable Test Unit (PTU), whether opening or closing it’s relays as directed. Every Programmable Load Control Thermostat shall utilize and deploy “distributed intelligence”, to provide control for up to eight hours upon the receipt of a single radio command. A smooth transition into, out of, and between levels of control shall be insured through the use of a control algorithm, whereby each programmable load control thermostat independently selects its own start and stop times after receipt of a radio control message. Vendor must list and describe all features, functionality, electronic specifications, and installation specifications of current programmable load control thermostat.
Every. Faculty member who must learn and exercise the course management system in order to teach shall participate in and complete a training opportunity and shall develop said course to be taught. Training and course development must be completed by the end of that semester and must be approved by the faculty member's department chair before the faculty member may commence teaching said course. Release time for training [first time and/or additional] and/or first time teaching for any faculty member will be determined by an assessment process that will include the faculty member, DL staff, Department Chair and ▇▇▇▇. Recommendations will be forwarded to the Vice President for Academic Affairs for approval.

Every unit member granted a sabbatical leave shall agree to return to the employ of the District for a period of service which is equal to twice the period of leave.
