Common use of Evergreen Clause Clause in Contracts

Evergreen Clause. If the parties have not agreed upon a new agreement by end of the contract term specified above, the terms of this Labor Agreement shall thereafter continue in effect without change until it is superseded by a new agreement; however, in no event shall this Agreement continue in effect beyond September 30, 2028.

If the parties have not agreed upon completed a new agreement by end of the contract term specified above, the terms of this Labor Agreement shall thereafter nonetheless continue in effect without change until it is modified or otherwise superseded by a new or modified agreement; however, but in no event shall this the Labor Agreement continue in effect beyond September 30, 20282025.
