Events of Default by User Sample Clauses

Events of Default by User. (a) User shall immediately notify the City in writing upon becoming aware of any event or condition constituting a default, as described below, or that would, with the giving of notice or passage of time, or both, constitute a default under this Agreement. Such notice shall specify the nature of the event or condition, the period of existence thereof, and the action User is taking or proposes to take with respect thereto.

Events of Default by User. The following shall each constitute an event of default by User (“User Event of Default”):
