Common use of Event of Late Payment Clause in Contracts

Event of Late Payment. In the event of any delay in the payment by the Lessee of any amount when due under this Agreement, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a charity amount at the rate stated in item 4 of Schedule 1, to be donated (after deduction of all actual costs of the Lessor in enforcing or collecting payment hereunder, except for other than any opportunity costs or any indirect or consequential cost, loss or liability) to a charity on the Lessee’s behalf by the Lessor.

Event of Late Payment. In the event of any delay in the payment due by the Lessee of any amount when due under this Agreement, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a charity amount at for late payment based on the rate stated calculation set out in item 4 Item 6 of Schedule 1, 3 to be donated (after deduction of all actual costs of the Lessor in enforcing or collecting payment hereunder, except for other than any opportunity costs or any indirect or consequential cost, loss or liability) to a charity on the Lessee’s behalf by the Lessorbehalf.
