Event Conclusion. Client is responsible for ensuring that all events must conclude no later than the time specified on the Facility Rental Agreement. After that time, the University will be accessible only to staff designated for the breakdown and clean up of the event. All events must be scheduled to conclude no later than 12:30 a.m. and the premises must be fully vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.
