Event Conclusion. Client is responsible for ensuring that the event concludes no later than the time specified as “event” times on the Agreement. Client will be provided additional facility access for event clean-up only as provided on the Agreement. NMSU-A is not responsible for any equipment or supplies left in the facility by Client following the event. Client will be charged $100/day for any equipment or supplies left in the facility 5 business days following the event. Property will be disposed of after 30 days.
Event Conclusion. Event must be concluded by 11:00 PM; all guests need to have vacated the venue and parking areas by 11:15 PM. The venue site must cleared of all people no later than 12 midnight. If client fails to comply with these deadlines, the client will be held responsible for any additional rental fee for venue.

In order to assure that the event will conclude in an orderly manner and the contracted hours will be adhered to, music must cease and bars must close at least one-half hour before scheduled time for the event to end. It is the responsibility of the Occupant to make these arrangements in advance with the musicians and bartenders or caterers.
Event Conclusion. Licensee shall cease use of the Venue at the conclusion of the Event and return it in the same good condition as on the date of use by Licensee. Licensee shall reimburse University for any and all costs University incurs to repair any damage to the Venue or other University property or equipment arising out of or connected with Licensee’s use of the Venue, unless such damage is caused solely by University, its officers, employees, agents or representatives.

After that time, the University will be accessible only to staff designated for the breakdown and clean up of the event. All events must be scheduled to conclude no later than 12:30 a.m. and the premises must be fully vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.
Event Conclusion. The Contractor shall manage supplies and equipment packaging, removal and return, and facility/site restoration when testing sites are closed. The Contractor shall be responsible for managing post-Event supplies processing and for equipment re-inventory.

CCEC’s refund policy on deposits is as follows: 180 days prior to event Full refund 120 days prior to event 75% refund 60 days prior to event 50% refund 0 to 59 days to event No refund* Exceptions: Severe weather – cancelations due to severe weather are defined as storm warnings where sustained winds in excess of 60mph are predicted by the National Weather Center to make landfall in New Hanover County from 3 days prior to a scheduled event until up to 2 days post-event. Events canceled due to severe weather predictions will have the opportunity to reschedule subject to availability and all deposits will transfer to the new date. If alternative dates are not available or the function cannot be rescheduled, CCEC will refund the full deposit to the User. Non-weather-related cancelations by the User within the forfeiture period will have 75% of their forfeited deposit refunded if CCEC is able to resell the event space for an amount equal to the original booking which was canceled. It is the responsibility of the renter to make these arrangements in advance with the musicians and bartenders. The designated contact person must see that this rule is followed. An overtime fee will be charged if the event ends after the designated time.
