Event Conclusion. Client is responsible for ensuring that the event concludes no later than the time specified as “event” times on the Agreement. Client will be provided additional facility access for event clean-up only as provided on the Agreement. NMSU-A is not responsible for any equipment or supplies left in the facility by Client following the event. Client will be charged $100/day for any equipment or supplies left in the facility 5 business days following the event. Property will be disposed of after 30 days.

Event Conclusion. Event must be concluded by 11:00 PM; all guests need to have vacated the venue and parking areas by 11:15 PM. The venue site must cleared of all people no later than 12 midnight. If client fails to comply with these deadlines, the client will be held responsible for any additional rental fee for venue.

Events canceled due to severe weather predictions will have the opportunity to reschedule subject to availability and all deposits will transfer to the new date. If alternative dates are not available or the function cannot be rescheduled, CCEC will refund the full deposit to the User. Non-weather-related cancelations by the User within the forfeiture period will have 75% of their forfeited deposit refunded if CCEC is able to resell the event space for an amount equal to the original booking which was canceled.
