CONDUCT DURING EVENT. (S)
a. Prohibited Conduct It is expressly understood and agreed that any and all such prohibited conduct may result in damage to the Rented Facility and that User shall be liable for and shall indemnify System for costs related to the repair of such damage in accordance with Section 3 below. In addition to payment of indemnification, if any, should User or User’s employees, vendors or guests engage in any of the prohibited conduct set forth in this provision, then the User agrees that it shall owe System a Room Re-set-up Fee in the amount of $75.00. If invoiced by System, User agrees to pay the Room Re- set-up Fee within thirty days following the Event(s).
CONDUCT DURING EVENT. Damages. Client assumes full responsibility for any and all damages to the physical premises and property of the University and for any and all personal injuries caused by Client, Client’s guests, and or Client’s independent contractor that may occur during any such time premises are occupied by the Client, Client’s vendors or Client’s guests.

If at any time during the event, Torpedo Factory Art Center staff person, in his or her sole discretion, determines that any activity or conduct by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Renter’s agents or attendees violates this Agreement or will cause harm to Torpedo Factory Art Center property, artwork, or property of Torpedo Factory Art Center resident artists, Torpedo Factory Art Center staff person may request that the conduct or activity cease or be modified. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to comply with such request.
