Common use of Evening Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift Differential. A shift differential of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) will be paid to an Employee when they work a majority of hours between 1500 hours and 2400.

Evening Shift Differential. A shift differential of two dollars and ten cents ($2.102.00) will be paid to an Employee when they work a majority of hours between 1500 hours and 2400.

Evening Shift Differential. A shift differential of two dollars and ten seventy five cents ($2.102.75) will per hour shall be paid to an Employee when they work all Employees working a shift where the majority of such shift falls within the period of fifteen hundred (1500) hours between 1500 hours and 2400to twenty three hundred (2300) hours.

Evening Shift Differential. A shift differential premium of two dollars and ten seventy-five cents ($2.102.75) will per hour shall be paid to an Employee when they work a majority of Employees for all hours worked between 1500 fifteen hundred (1500) hours and 2400to twenty-three hundred (2300) hours.
