Common use of Evening Shift Differential Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift Differential. Evening shift shall be defined as per the Employer’s policy. Employees who work three (3) or more hours during the evening shift shall receive a differential of $2.00 per hour for actual hours worked during the evening shift.

Evening Shift Differential. Evening shift shall be defined as per the Employer’s policy1400 hours to 2230 hours. Employees who work three (3) or more hours during the evening shift shall receive a differential of $2.00 per hour for actual hours worked during the evening shift. If an employee continues to work into night shift hours but does not work at least three (3) hours during night shift, the employee will continue to receive evening shift differential for those hours worked during the night shift.
