Common use of Evening Events Clause in Contracts

Evening Events. Each employee, as part of their professional responsibility, will be available for one evening event per year such as: open house, orientation, drop in/dropoff, content family nights or family nights. This event will be planned with administration and staff to engage parents and students in activities and communications which are critical to the mission of the school and district. These required events will not exceed 1.5 hours, as time will be compensated on the following early release day.
