EVALUATION/WORK SECURITY. A. Evaluation Procedure 1. The Civil Service Performance Rating Sheet is to be completed annually by the building administrator. 2. The building administrator will review the rating sheet(s) with the employee prior to permanent appointment and at the end of each school year. 3. The building administrator shall discuss strengths and weaknesses of the employee and recommend possibilities for improvement. 4. The employee shall sign this rating sheet to signify their knowledge of the rating. 5. A copy of this evaluation rating sheet(s) should accompany the recommendation for permanent appointment and annually placed in the employee’s personnel file. The employee may be represented by NNA or a representative chosen by the employee.
