Common use of EVALUATION VERSIONS Clause in Contracts

EVALUATION VERSIONS. Any evaluation versions of Nodeware, if and when available from IGI, are governed by the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and any other documentation provided to You regarding Your Nodeware evaluation. Any Nodeware evaluation, unless specifically indicated by IGI in writing, will convert automatically to a paid instance of Nodeware if not cancelled prior to the end of the evaluation period, in accordance with Sections 12 and 15.
