b. Nonprobationary Teachers shall be evaluated by May 15 for the year the evaluation is applicable. During a school year in which an issue of an employee's continuing employment status is raised by the commencement of nonrenewal proceedings pursuant to Section IV-J, the evaluation shall be completed no later than February 15 of the then current school year.
c. The evaluator(s) may file, and the teacher may request, a special evaluation at a time other than the specified times for evaluations.

2.7.2.2 For the purpose of this article, a unit member must serve 75% of a school year in order for that year to count as a year of service toward tenure.
