Evaluation Timelines. 3084 (1) Each part-time faculty member shall be evaluated during the 3085 semester/term of their first assignment at that college. 3086 3087 (2) Subsequent reviews will be every sixth semester, and no fewer than one in 3088 every three years. Out-of-sequence evaluations may also occur as needed 3089 if approved by the vice chancellor of Human Resources in consultation 3090 with the Association. 3091 (3) Part-time faculty only assigned during a summer or winter intersession 3092 will be evaluated in the term of their first assignment and then every 3 3093 years thereafter. 3094
