Evaluation Reporting. The Bank will provide regular reporting to the Supplier to indicate how the latter is performing vis-à-vis the related target performance (see below). These reports are expected to be produced by the Bank’s Security unit and will provide details on the Supplier’s performance against SLA targets.
Evaluation Reporting. The Commission monitors data on participants served by the Contractor and progress on outcomes through quarterly performance reports. Contractor agrees to report descriptive data on participants served by Contractor as negotiated with Commission, and on performance and outcomes as negotiated with Commission. Contractor is expected to keep paper records of all tools used for data collection and summarize those records in the reports.
Evaluation Reporting. Payments to the Grantee under this contract may be withheld if the Grantee fails to observe deadlines for the submission of reports as specified in clause 16.1 of this contract.
Evaluation Reporting. The Contractor is required to deliver the following outputs relating to the evaluation of NCS 2013: Headline findings as soon as available on each strand, to support policy development (to note timings outlined in paragraph 108). A report (including full technical appendix, or separate technical report) to be fully publishable, to cover the findings of both the Summer and Autumn evaluations and the methodology and approach behind this. The following provides further details on each of these outputs: The evaluation of National Citizen Service will provide key evidence to support the design and delivery of the programme, and as such it is expected that findings be communicated by the Contractor to the Customer as soon as available in order to inform key policy decisions. The Customer requires headline findings on each of the impact and vfm elements of the evaluation. All such data should be provided to the Customer as soon as possible after the completion of each element (and in line with the timings indicated in paragraph 108). This data shall be used for internal purposes only at this stage, therefore outputs need not be fully designed, however should be presented in a clear and accessible manner in order that these may be shared with internal colleagues and stakeholders as necessary. It is anticipated that the Contractor will hold informal discussions with the Customer (and advisory group, if necessary) on the headline findings in each case to aid understanding of findings, clarify the scope and focus of analysis, and ensure that policy questions of interest are covered where possible. Such meetings will also provide a useful opportunity to discuss and agree the format and detail of the final report. It is anticipated that these discussions will form part of the project management meetings (as outlined in paragraph 96) and the indicated advisory group meetings (paragraph 98), therefore no further costs should be allocated for such discussions.
