Common use of Evaluation parameters Clause in Contracts

Evaluation parameters. 3.1.1 Only those Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria specified in Clause[s] 2.2.2 [and 2.2.3] above shall qualify for evaluation under this Section 3. Applications of firms/ consortia who do not meet these criteria shall be rejected. 3.1.2 The Applicant‟s competence and capability is proposed to be established by the following parameters: (a) Technical Capacity; and (b) Financial Capacity
