Evaluation of Standards-Aligned Instruction. 14.7.1 The following will take each standard and pose relevant questions teachers should consider in planning instruction. Observable classroom activities will also be suggested as an indication of what a teacher might do and what an administrator might see as evidence that the Standard is being addressed. It is important to note that these are only suggestions and are, by no means, intended to prescribe or limit instructional practice. Good teaching is an evolving process as described in the Learning to Teach Continuum. A process that is strengthened by trial and error, experimentation and successful experience.

  • Interpretation & Application of Guidelines It is jointly agreed that the site representatives (union and management) are empowered to implement the guidelines as per the scope provided.   • Effect of Non-Agreement on Guidelines Applications The parties understand, acknowledge and agree that there are no agreements between the parties with respect to any Sentencing Guidelines issues other than those specifically listed in Paragraph 10, and its subsections. As to any other Guidelines issues, the parties are free to advocate their respective positions at the sentencing hearing.

  • Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations 31.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30.1, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in the Republic of Cyprus.

  • Transfer or Deletion of Student Data The Provider shall review, on an annual basis, whether the Student Data it has received pursuant to the DPA continues to be needed for the purpose(s) of the Service Agreement and this DPA. If any of the Student Data is no longer needed for purposes of the Service Agreement and this DPA, the Provider will provide written notice to the LEA as to what Student Data is no longer needed. The Provider will delete or transfer Student Data in readable form to the LEA, as directed by the LEA (which may be effectuated through Exhibit D of the DPA), within 30 calendar days if the LEA requests deletion or transfer of the Student Data and shall provide written confirmation to the LEA of such deletion or transfer. Upon termination of the Service Agreement between the Provider and LEA, Provider shall conduct a final review of Student Data within 60 calendar days. If the LEA receives a request from a parent, as that term is defined in 105 ILCS 10/2(g), that Student Data being held by the Provider be deleted, the LEA shall determine whether the requested deletion would violate State and/or federal records laws. In the event such deletion would not violate State or federal records laws, the LEA shall forward the request for deletion to the Provider. The Provider shall comply with the request and delete the Student Data within a reasonable time period after receiving the request. Any provision of Student Data to the LEA from the Provider shall be transmitted in a format readable by the LEA.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).

  • Child Support Compliance Act If the Contract Amount is $100,000 or more, this section is applicable. Contractor recognizes the importance of child and family support obligations and fully complies with (and will continue to comply with during the Term) all applicable state and federal laws relating to child and family support enforcement, including disclosure of information and compliance with earnings assignment orders, as provided in Family Code section 5200 et seq. Contractor provides the names of all new employees to the New Hire Registry maintained by the California Employment Development Department.
