Common use of Evaluation Folder Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Folder. ‌ The evaluator may keep an evaluation folder, which will include working notes and evaluation forms only. “Working notes” are those notes written by an evaluator pursuant to Section 3, paragraph C, herein. No materials of any kind shall be maintained in said folder unless a copy has been provided to the employee. Said folder will be kept in a secure place and be open for inspection only by the employee during non-instructional time. At the employee’s option, another person may be present during review of said folder. All information in this folder will be destroyed or transferred to the employee’s personnel file at the District Office by the last contract day of each year.
