EVALUATION AND PLANNING SERVICES. 2.3.1 [If the scope of work includes programming, this paragraph does not pertain.] The Design Consultant shall review the Owner's Architectural Program, appended as Attachment 3 to this Agreement, to ascertain the functional requirements, review requirements, schedule and budget for the Cost of the Work. The Design Consultant shall consult with the Owner and others designated by the Owner to establish any additional or modified criteria, requirements or information which the Design Consultant reasonably requires for the design of the Project, and shall confirm such additional or modified criteria, requirements or information to the Owner in a written memorandum which shall, upon Owner's approval, amend and be incorporated into the Architectural Program. 2.3.2 [If the scope of work includes programming, this paragraph does not pertain.] The Design Consultant shall provide a preliminary evaluation of the Owner's site for the Project based on the information provided by the Owner of site conditions, and the Owner's program, schedule and budget for the Cost of the Work. 2.3.3 The Design Consultant shall review the Owner's proposed method of contracting for construction services and shall notify the Owner of anticipated impacts that such method may have on the Owner's program, financial and time requirements, and the scope of the Project.
