Common use of Euroclear and/or Clearstream Clause in Contracts

Euroclear and/or Clearstream. Luxembourg or the CMU use its best endeavours to procure that Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg and/or, in the case of CMU Notes, the CMU (as the case may be) issue(s) any record, certificate or other document requested by the Trustee under Clause 11(r) or otherwise as soon as practicable after such request;
