Principal Depository. Borrower shall maintain its principal depository and operating accounts with Bank.
Principal Depository. The Borrower further agrees that it shall conduct its principal (majority) banking business with the Lender, including, without limitation, retaining the Lender as its principal depository savings accounts, checking accounts, general demand depository accounts, and such other accounts as are utilized by the Borrower from time-to-time.
Principal Depository. Borrowers shall use Agent as their principal depository; Borrowers shall use the lockbox services of Agent.
Principal Depository. Borrower agrees to maintain Lender as its principal depository bank, including for the maintenance of business, cash management, upgrading and administrative deposit accounts, or to provide Lender with documentation evidencing Lender's security interest in any deposit account which is maintained at another financial institution, waiving said institution's right of offset against said funds.
Principal Depository. Borrower shall maintain an operating account with Bank.
Principal Depository. Borrower shall maintain with a bank approved by Xxxxxx in writing (the “Approved Bank”) all of its principal deposit accounts for the maintenance of business including the Borrower’s Deposit Account, cash management, operating and administrative deposit accounts, all of which accounts shall be subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement in favor of Lender. Borrower shall not maintain any other depository accounts without Xxxxxx’s prior written consent thereto which, if consented to, shall be subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement in favor of Lender.
Principal Depository. To maintain Bank of America as each Loan Party’s principal depository bank, including for the maintenance of business, cash management, operating and administrative deposit accounts.
Principal Depository. Borrower shall maintain its principal depository and operating accounts with SVB.
Principal Depository. The Borrower shall maintain the Administrative Agent or Amegy Bank National Association as its principal depository bank, including for the maintenance of business, cash management, operating and administrative deposit accounts; provided, however all such accounts shall be maintained only with the Administrative Agent on and after the date that Amegy Bank National Association is no longer a Lender under this Agreement."
