Common use of EULAs Clause in Contracts

EULAs. Portions of the Services may require you to accept the terms of one or more third party end user license agreements (“EULAs”). If the acceptance of a ▇▇▇▇ is required in order to provide the Services to you, then you hereby grant us permission to accept the ▇▇▇▇ on your behalf. EULAs may contain service levels, warranties and/or liability limitations that are different than those contained in this Agreement. You agree to be bound by the terms of such EULAs and will look only to the applicable third party provider for the enforcement of the terms of such EULAs. If, while providing the Services, we are required to comply with a third-party ▇▇▇▇ and the third party ▇▇▇▇ is modified or amended, we reserve the right to modify or amend any applicable SOW with you to ensure our continued compliance with the terms of the third party ▇▇▇▇.
