Estimated Project Value. The projected stabilized value of the completed Project is currently estimated at approximately USD $1,000,000,000 (One Billion United States Dollars), based on estimated sell-out value following completion of development. This estimate shall be confirmed by a Valuation Report prior to Token Issuance.
