Establishment of New Positions. F10.04 The local representative of the Institute will be notified, a reasonable time in advance, of the establishment of any new positions that may fall within the scope of the bargaining unit, such notice to include the number of positions to be established, the reason for their establishment, a job description of the new positions and the proposed classification level.
