Common use of Establishment Fee Clause in Contracts

Establishment Fee. ‌ Once the Company obtains title to the Property, the Manager will be entitled to payment in one lump sum a fee of $1,043,000 plus GST in consideration for sourcing the Property, negotiating the Purchase Agreement, establishing the Company, arranging a loan from a bank for the purchase of the Property and providing associated services to the Company. This fee will be payable out of the Company Account.
