Common use of Establishment Fee Clause in Contracts

Establishment Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Lender an establishment fee of A$12,500 such fee to be paid on the date of this Agreement and not to be refundable to the Borrower in any event.
