Established Term Appointment. The parties agree that the Established Term Appointment (ETA) type may be used as outlined below. The Agency and the Union may meet at any time to make changes to this agreement with prior approval by the Office of Collective Bargaining. The following sets forth the description of the appointment type and the agreement between the parties: 1. Classifications - Any classification covered by this Agreement is eligible to be placed in this appointment type.
