The ESL Services clause defines the scope and nature of English as a Second Language (ESL) services provided under the agreement. ESL Services. IPS shall provide English as a Second Language (“ESL”) services to the School’s students in the same manner required by Applicable Law. Operator shall cooperate with IPS with respect to IPS’ provision of such services to the School’s students.
