ESEA Language Clause Samples

The ESEA Language clause refers to provisions that ensure compliance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), a federal law governing primary and secondary education in the United States. This clause typically requires parties to adhere to specific federal requirements, such as maintaining student privacy, meeting educational standards, or ensuring equitable access to programs funded under ESEA. By including this language, the clause ensures that all contractual activities align with federal education mandates, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and safeguarding eligibility for federal funding.
