Escrow Duration. The Source Code Escrow Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of (i) a Release Event has occurred for which a Release Expiration is not applicable, (ii) the obligation of Symbotic to provide support services to Walmart has been terminated as a result of Walmart’s non-payment of undisputed Charges or (iii) Walmart has terminated or elected not to receive support services from Symbotic.
