Errors or Loss of Access Usage Data. 6.3.1 Errors may be discovered by CLEC, the IXC or CBT. Each Party agrees to use reasonable efforts to provide the Other Party with notification of any discovered errors within two (2) Business Days of such discovery. A Party may recover against the other Party due to errors or loss of access usage whenever a Party’s IXC customer successfully asserts any claim for which the Party making the error is responsible.
