Errors, Omissions and Inconsistencies. 21.7.1 The Contractor shall promptly report to the Owner and the Owner’s Representative any error, omission, inconsistency, defect, discrepancy or non-compliance with any Legal Requirement or function that Contractor may discover in Drawings and Design Specifications or any other Contract Document. The Contractor shall cooperate in good faith with the Owner and the Owner’s Representative to resolve such error, omission, inconsistency or defect in a manner so as to avoid any increase in the Maximum Contract Price or any delay to the progress of the Contract Work.
