Contract Documents Correlation and Intent Sample Clauses
The "Contract Documents, Correlation and Intent" clause defines the relationship and hierarchy among the various documents that make up the contract. It clarifies that all contract documents—such as drawings, specifications, and addenda—are to be interpreted together as a unified whole, and resolves inconsistencies by establishing which documents take precedence. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of how to interpret the contract as a cohesive agreement, thereby minimizing disputes over conflicting provisions and promoting consistency in contract administration.
