ERRORS IN DESCRIPTION. The CSD Pool will pay the Member District’s loss covered by this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Document if such loss is otherwise not payable solely because of any unintentional error in describing a location covered under this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Document. The Member District agrees to give the CSD Pool prompt notice of any such error when discovered.
